"I have worked with a few different trainers over the years, and Meaghan's program is by far my favourite. I am not new to the gym but I have always struggled with creating my workouts. Having Meaghan’s plan give me the motivation without the worry of having to put together a workout. Her workouts are very easy to follow! She is also amazing at getting back to me if I have questions. Having bad hips, I have asked her a couple times for suggestions to substitute different exercises if I’m finding them uncomfortable, and she's always quick to respond."
