1:1 Coaching

(min. 3 month commitment)

  • Personalized resistance training program with video ​demonstration (app based) and access to the exercise ​library
  • Customized nutrition/macros tailored to your goals
  • Goal and habit tracker
  • Access to 24/7 communication and support from me
  • Weekly check-ins
  • Progress tracking (photos, measurements, weight, etc.) with ​adjustments to training and macros, as needed

Group Program

  • Receive new workouts every 6 weeks, accompanied with detailed instructional videos and access to the exercise library (app based).
  • Meaghan May Fitness is based around the process of progressive overload. The workouts change each cycle, but share common movement patterns. The goal is to enable continuous long term improvements.
  • Members have access to a private chat to ask questions, connect with me personally and share their success stories! I will be interacting to support and motivate, as needed.
