Hi, i'm Meaghan!
i'd be lying if I said i didn't have a passion for health and fitness!
ever since I was a little girl i've participated in competitive dance, gymnastics and soccer, however my love for weight lifting started in university. i didn't really know what I was doing at first, but gave myself some grace with learning a new sport and have stuck with it ever since. Once i began educating myself and putting what i had learned into practice, i started to see muscle development and growth - which is extremely satisfying!
fast forward to 2020, i hung up my pompoms - retiring as a professional dancer in the nll, and transitioned from a barre instructor to a certified personal trainer. shifting my focus into individuals who wish to gain results not only physically, but mentally, drives me as a coach to make sure this partnership is highly valuable. I find purpose in developing a meaningful relationship with all of my athletes, because i like to understand what stimulates them to succeed in their objectives.
my mission is to motivate my clients to reach their fitness goals with realistic expectations and timelines. your health and wellness is my top priority throughout our journey together, and I intend to give you the tools and resources to sustain your results long term.
